I want to know if anything can be done about someone who was given oxicoden and ultimately led to her death?  From being a smart healthy woman of 30 years, she started a downhill battle which led to her death in Nov.2006.

After taking the drug, she went into a deep sleep one night and was without oxygen for ?? and left her brain damaged. She was treated in several hospitals and Mental Health places. Nothing could help her, until she died in her sleep while taking prescribed methodone.

How can this mal-practice be stopped?  It's too late for my daughter, but someone else has loved ones that may be at risk.

Is there any legal action that I could take?
