Renter dispute 

We live in Chicago & have a weekly vacation rental property in Arkansas.  On the websites where we are listed we have very clearly sated rules that we DO NOT ALLOW PETS.  One of the renters broke this rule and brought a dog.  we kept their deposit.  One of the neighbors saw the dog and t know where to begin with this.  Thank you very much for any help you can provide.
