Yes I have a senerio that I am hoping you can help me with.   My husband and I  will be married for 7 years on Sept 9th.  It has been a very rocky, emotional marriage and we have lived apart more than together.  In Feb 2004 we had been separated (not legally) for 2 years.  I had an affair and got pregnant.  He found out and wanted us to reconcile and live together to raise the child.  In Feb of 2005 the biological father took me to court for visitation of the child.   My husband has left again and is living in another city in Arkansas and will not come back to the city we lived in prior to the move.

He wants to still see the child but I feel that it is just not good for the child to see two different men and I have to let him see the biological father it is court ordered.

My question is does my husband have legal rights to see the child because he supported him for 2 years before he left, even though he is not the biological father?  Do I have to legally give him visitation of the said child?

Also he is buying a house,  can he purchase a house without my consent when we are legally married and not divorced or legally separated??
