Rear Attorney's...This is happening TODAY in Sacramento. I need help getting everyone to know what is happening to me. It's HAD to happen to others. I have proof! I need help! I wrote to all the Senators and Geraldo Rivera. I gotta get this out!!! Read on, please:
Dear Senator, There is a huge story that is about to break here in California. The United States Federal Court has warned every criminal attorney in the State of California that he/she/firm had better not represent Timothy Brooks in his criminal appeals or his civil rights action. The Superior Court of Sacramento sent Brooks to prison for 6 years and 46 days for a crime that never happened. Then, while Brooks was appealing, the Federal Court fabricated an entire trial, as though Brooks appeared in Trial and testified. The documents claim that Brooks admitted to a gun and 2 assaults. That is a complete lie, and Brooks (me) has documents proving that I was locked up in Pelican Bay Prison while the "Trial" was supposedly taking place. I have access to those documents RIGHT NOW!!! I have them at a friends house, because I am on parole and they can come into my house at will and take whatever they want. There is a conspiracy right now to either set me up for a life sentence, or to kill me. I have 2 attornies that are willing to talk to you, but they need secrecy right now. This goes all the way up to the United States Supreme Court. This is no lie, and I am willing and able to prove it all right now. I have been attempting to get some press about this, but the press here in Sacramento are scared. Everyone is scared because there is alot of big Judge's and Politicians involved.
