Was involved in an accident that person ran red light 4-5 seconds after it was red. I found out when I called to report it my insurance had lapsed. I need to have spinal fusion. Witness saw everything but  have found out that insurance wont cover for that day and they could reinstate policy but it would still be a lapse. car totaled and have major vertebrae fracture. and now  my family is suffering espiciall my baby. what am I entitled to? My future is up in the air after surgery also.
