Do i have a cas? Spoiled Food! Might hbe sick

Hi i need to know if i should pursue getting legal rep on this matter. On Aug 18th 2007 at around 19:25 evening i visited Macdonald's drive through and purchased a 42oz coke quarter pounder and a double cheese burger, as i arrived home and  and began to eat the quarter's pounder, i noticed the bread having green spots as the size of a quarter i immediately stopped and returned to Macdonald's the manager replaced the burger, as the employee was handing it to me, i asked her if they can make sure the bread is not spoiled, she immediately stated no! so i checked myself and what did we find another spoiled burger. for some time now i noticed they make the burgers and let them sit for a while until someone orders. I also have photos via my fusic of the burger and i have the receipt.  My question is do i have a case?

The case of the quarter of mold pounder:

No food restaurant should ever serve mold to its customers!  But what can you do?  In tort law, that is when a person has a civil suit, there must be damages.  We know the hamburger server has a duty to server safe food.  But they are only responsible for your injuries or damages.  If you were smart enough not to eat it, then it is unlikely that you were physically injured.  If you have hospital bills and records just let us know so we can help you find you way through legal maze.
