Corrupt company - is any of this illegal?

I have been working for this company for some time now.  Why I haven't quit yet is partially because I am lazy and hate looking for work, the other part is that when things are good here, they are great.  There are MANY issues I have with this place, and I am thinking I should start doing something about it.  Let me say that this is a privately owned business, a country club which does a high volume of weddings, with about 100 employees.  Some of the issues are as follows:

1. Allowed underage person to tend bar knowingly.  The person is 20 and they have since terminated him for other reasons, but they allowed this multiple times.  He was a friend of mine and I know he could have been in a lot of trouble, so I didn't say anything about it, but is this something that can be taken care of anonomously?

2. Missing wages.  Now I know this company stiffs people on many parts.  They are a banquet company, and they charge the 20% fee, but they don't pay it to their employees.  I believe this is within their rights, but it is pretty shady.  Anyway, almost every employee who works there has claimed they have been shorted tips.  Additionally, they are VERY unclear about how some of the tipping procedures work.  I don't keep very good track of this, but others do, and they have been shorted hundreds of dollars on paychecks from tips.

3.  Overtime.  I have worked a lot of overtime, and as far as I know, I have been paid for it.  But lately, I have been working a split shift, 4 hours followed by a 2 hour break, with another four hours after that.  Someone informed me that I am supposed to be paid overtime for the second shift for some reason.  I don't know about it, so I am curious.  I can't find much info online.

4.  Breaks.  About half of the days that I have worked here, especially as a bartender, I have not received a 30 minute break.  I have worked long hours, sometimes over 10 hours in a day, without receiving this break.  Additionally, when I have requested my 10 minute breaks, I have been denied and never allowed to take them.

5.  Terminations.  Here is what really bothers me.  They have terminated almost every friend I had here over the past 2 years.  The turnover rate is remarkably high.  I believe that they may be intending to terminate me soon, as the way they have the schedule written up is very similar to how they have done it before.  They are very careful when they do this though, claiming that they are "Business Decisions".

6.  Parking.  They consistently ask us to park in the "Overflow" lot.  It is a dirt lot in front of the new house of one of the owners of the club.  Now that the house is almost built, they have begun telling us to park in a private high schools parking lot, about a 10 minute walk away.  There is a public, I repeat, PUBLIC street that borders the location, which is a very common place for employees to park.  When it is busy, they say that we are not allowed to park there.  When I asked security (I parked there anyway) about this, the person said that they can't "legally forbid you to park there, but since it is a "company policy" that you can't park there on busy nights, they will probably just fire you."  Those were his words.

I am not a big fan of the litigious society we live in, but I am fed up with this company.  They have been stringing me along for almost two years, making promises which takes them many weeks to finally make happen, and then taking what I was given away after a month.  It has been a battle, but I needed the job as I was a college student.  What of what I listed is something they can really get in trouble for?  And what are my options?  Thank you for your time.

Daniel
