Can I subpeona an organization to get contact information?

I'm trying to sue someone for the money they owe me, but all I have is a phone #, previous employer, and the name of the bank where we got the contract notarized.  The phone is disconnected and the person no longer works at the company. When I went to the bank, they said that they cannot give out that information.  Is there a way that I can subpeona the ex-employer and/or the bank to get the person's address?

I tried looking up the information online (411.com) and it gave me an apartment building with no apt #.

Thanks
