wife has got this judgment from a company (gas company) in Arizona and they are asking for a filing of foreign judgment case # 2007 cc 007211 nc.
also have the Dec 3, 2001 judgment from the county of Maricopa case # cv01-6450
My wife said she has never dealt with this company Energy solutions, Inc out of Arizona.
she has had calls from collection people about it but when she asks for them to please send documents to her to support the claim they never send them and she tells them she has never heard of them or even has any idea what they are.
she did live in Arizona before we got married but she said this is nothing that she has had.
can we counter sue for years of harassment from DEC. 4, 2001 to present?
