Mover Damage and Claim 

I filed a claim with a moving company in June and keep getting put off.  I have record of all my conversations with the movers including dates, times and who I spoke with.  I dont seem to be getting anywhere.  What would be the best next step?

If I chose to file a small claims action what office would I file at?  My local (Sorrento FL) or their local (Miami FL)?
