wrong surgery 
my name is william i was operated on by a doctor that went off another doctors opion and still had the same pain afterwords this has went on after three years and three surgeries and he hasnt listen to me yet he replaced my acl cause it was torn but now he found out that that wasnt the problem and says i have had a broke femur bone since the accident i went and retrievied my first mri and showed him on it that there was  a problem he said well i didnt see that  what should i do i havent heard back from  him since the 26th of last month and workmans comp tells me i cant find another doctor cause he has operated on it three times      please  help  me

William, the first issue in your case is the timing because Florida has a strict Statute of Limitations relating to Medical Malpractice. If the mal practice occurred more than two years ago and you knew or should have known of its occurrence then you may have lost your right to pursue this claim. If the SOL is not an issue, then the question becomes whether or not the doctor act within the standard of care required of the position. Finally, the question must be asked if the results for which you wish to sue came as a result of bad medicine or a reasonable negative result within the dangers of the procedure. In your case I believe you must consult an attorney as soon as possible to determine how the law applies to your specific facts.
