worker comp 

I filed a workman comp claim and the claim was denied.    Workman comp went and pulled my medical records - without my permission.  After workman comp pulled my medical record, I was charged with filing a fradualent claim.  I never any workman comp money.  Is this legal what workman comp is doing.
