Before I got married I purchased a small house and then was forced to file chap 13 bankruptcy about 9 months after that. I got married about 3 months after my bankruptcy was completed and I wanted to know if I were to get a divorce (married just over two years now), would my wife be entitled to get any money regarding the house ? It would still be under that initial 3 year payment period and it is in my name. Would it legally be able to be sold since it is still under bankruptcy?
