My friend just got charged with prostitution, by a cherokee county undercover.  According to her, there was no rate/act discussion, although he did put money in her purse right away.  I think she did discuss rates and since it was in a rented apt I think that falls under public places.  I need to find her an attorney, Aand what if rates were not discused upfront, but certain acts were?
