When I checked my paycheck for this coming Friday-it covers the preceeding week which I have already worked-I discovered that my base salary has been dropped from $20 + per hour to $16+ per hour.  I was never notified of this change.  I realize that my salary can be changed up or down but  shouldn't I at least be notified so that I can choose to work for that amount or quit the job?  Help
