| I was rear ended. I had merged due to some city work blocking a lane. The car in front of me had not merged yet and I slowed to allow them into the lane. The woman who hit me never slowed down. She has had her ticket dropped and now I am wondering if it would be benaficial to take my claim to a civil court. |
