| About 4-5 yrs ago i attended a drivers trainning facility. They had these forms and contracts they wanted us to sign stating that the company we went to work for if we stayed with them for 12 mon would be liable for the tuition. They also wanted your bank acct no., past addresses and basicly your life story and then wanted to sign a contract stating that if the company didn't pay the 1995.00 tuition then we had to pay 4995.00. I DID NOT SIGN ANY OF THESE FORMS, I REFUSED! the driver's facility still allowed me to attend even though i told them i wasn't signing their forms because anyone who signed them had to be stupid. THEY ALLOWED ME TO ATTEND ANYWAY STATING IT WAS OKAY IF I DIDN'T SIGN THEM AND I TOLD THEM I DIDN'T EVEN AGREE WITH THEM THEY SAID THAT WAS FINE. Everything went fine i was top of my class and went to work for Star transport well about 6mon in Star put me in an unsafe and illegal truck that i refused to drive. I contacted the driver's facillity because they stated if i had any problem with the comp I worked for they would handle it so I didn't quit and they would still get their money since i didn't sign their contracts and agreements. Now i find they they apparently went to small claims court in INdianna when i live in Illinois wiithout notice to me and somehow managed to get a judgement against me. Now my bank tells me that my acct was EMPTIED by some garnishment from the driver's facility. Are they allowed to do this since i never signed the contracts or agreements and we had a verbal agreement that Star transport would pay and they would help me with problems and they didn't so i quit and apparently Star didn't pay? And if they are allowed are they allowed to take all my money out of my acct I don't even know how they got my bank acct number but they have been doing credit inquires on my for the last 3 yrs. and are they allowed to do that without my permission? |
