| My name is Kyle. I'm a 20 year old male from Monticello, Indiana. On May 31st I was accused by a 14 year old girl of sexually assaulting her at my place of employment, Indiana Beach Amusement Park and Resort. The allegations are false and have ruined my life since being accused. I lost my job, something I love doing every day. I have faced humiliation and have slipped in and out of a depressed state ever since this malicious idea was placed in front of me. The investigation is still underway and once it is done I was wondering what all I would be able to sue for, whether this goes to trial or not. |
