| i live in Section 42 apartments and i am being evicted for money that i owed last year that i didnt know about untill a week and a half ago. they say all together i owe 2,437.00 and that includes 4 months this year. i dont have a job but ive been looking. I have a 1yr old child and cant afford full time daycare. To my understanding that if you dont have a job living in low income apts your rent is 33% or minimull to no rent at all. Is this right?, and Am i being wrongfully evicted? |
