Web Site problem 
I have a contract with a website provider and design.  He never finished the project but say I owe him money.  I have paid all but $200 because he is not do with what the contract say he will.  He doesn’t agree so today he wrote:
We are Sorry...
The website you are trying to access has been suspended
due to failure to pay for services provided.
 So when you log on to my site at www.racetechinfo this is what you get.
Besides the embarrassment and the loss of today’s sales this has been devastating. What should or could I do?
