I was called in to answer questions in an employee investiation regarding negative/derogutory statements made towards a male employee (i.e., being called a sexist, male chavenuist  pig, etc.) I felt very uncomfortable, like I needed to call a lawyer.  The meeting consisted of the HR Director, the male employee's manager and myself.  What are my rights as a witness, I guess you would call it?  Thanks...
