I received a civil summons that basically states that because I owned said car I am responsible for money paid out by other car insurance.
- I sold the car prior to the accident to a car salesman (small town).
- I signed the back of the title as well as did the car salesman and then it was notarized.
- I had to go to district court in regards to a no insurance claim for allowing someone to operate my vehicle without insurance
- This case was thrown out because I had sold the care.
I need to know what to do
