ill try to make it brief... i bought a used car from a sopposedly reputable dealer, from the beginning i had nothing but trouble with the car and the car dealership....i had a loan thru a loan company with a warranty for motor and transmission for the life of the loan, about a year after the purchase the motor blew on the car, the loan co did not honor the warranty instead they kept trying to get me to pay car off for cheaper amt, i refused, and i also refused to make any pymt until they fixed the car. it has been over 2 yrs and i have a car i can not drive sell junk or anything because they did a charge off on the loan but because the title has a lean i cant do anything with it, i asked them to come get the car and they wont, so im stuck with a car i have to keep paying taxes on every year, can i get a abanded title since they wont do anything with it, or get it cleared some how, i also payed a thousand dollars for this warranty and now im stuck with it on my credit and with a useless car...
