On Janurary 24, 2004 I was charged with 1st poss. marjuana. I never received a court date 2 go 2 court so after so long I thought they dropped the charge. Recently I've relocated to Atlanta, GA and I've been applying for employment and every time my background check dosen't come back clean because in the system they have the case as unresolved. It's been 3 years since I received this charge and I've been pulled over by the police several times and had my info run through the system and that charge never gave me a problem as far as a warrant for my arrest and I've also been to jail since then and they didn't hold me for that charge. I would really appreciate some advice on what to do do to get this resolved quickly because this is really putting a strain on my life.
