Discrimination possible retaliation

I work for the federal government. I was on training and while I was away my agency had a coworker escort a contractor and had a system installed. Soon afterwards there was vulnerability in the system. By that time I had returned back to work and the coworker that escorted the contractor had left. My agency decided to write me up. My supervisor told management that I was not here and I had nothing to do with it but she was told to either look for another job or give me the written reprimand. I made a complaint all the way up to the director and told them that I felt like they were discrimination against me since I am a Muslim. My director told me she would retract that but that never happened however they decided to trump up other allegations such as unauthorized software on my system and trying to nail me for that. However it so happens that the software in question was purchased by my agency. It's been 6 to 8 months now and still no closure on my case.

Being fed up I started looking for another job. I had a job offer and when the new job called and they told my new employer that I had a suspension pending, however I was not aware of that. It was news to me. My new employer called and retracted the job offer based on that information. Can someone please help me? Where do I go what do I go?
