Jamie Lyons V. V&J

My car was repoed by Chase Auto Finance. They had a company called V&J tow my car from my apartment to their place of buisness. My car ended up getting towed to an Auto Autction. When my parents when to pick up my car, my bumper was completey cracked. On May 17th I  took them to court and the representive from V&J told the judge that we had no right to take them to court because they were not the only ones who towed my car. I was told by Chase that they had only recieved bills from V&J. If I would of known their was another towing company involved, I would of took them to court to. I had documentation from the auto auction stating that their was  crack in my bumper when it was brought to the auction. V&J had from React Transportation that they towed my car from V&J to the auto auction. The judge told me that I had seven days to file an Ammended Affadavit and sopena the drivers of the tow trucks. On the 18th the V&J representive called me and explained that he and his bossed discussed what happenned in court. His boss said that he offered to pay for the damage of my car because they do not want the other buisnesses "mad at them." I agreed to what the representive said. On the 21st I am going to send them by fax a estimate of the price to fix my bumper and a contract that I typed. On the contract I stated that I agree to their offer and if I don't recieve a payment from by the 23rd then I will purse legal action because I only have seven days to file the Ammended affadavit and sopenas. If they don't pay me on the 23rd and they sign the contract stating that they will pay by that date, do I have every right to take them to court for breach of contract?
