My son is 26 yrs old. He was sexually abused in all ways possible by his grandfather who is now dead.  He is receiving professional help.  During these sessions he has now remembered his grandmother who is still alive sexually abused him too with the grandfather. He was video and believes the tapes still exisit. There are other victims who could testify can he press charges against his grandmother? The sexually abuse was from age 4 to age 13. Does he have any rights to hold this woman responsible.  His whole life has been effected by these peoples it's very sad what they did to him and our whole family.  Thank you in advance for your time.
