We bought a new house a year ago and just found out accidently that we live on leased land. NO ONE ever told us this at the closing and we had 2 lawyers,a realtor and a previous owner there. They claim it is a 199 year lease and dont matter but it does matter to us and we never would have bought this house. What are our options now? Thanks
