alcohol stings 
i am being charged with an abc violation and endagering a welfare of a child....however. if the minor i supposivly sold to does not show up in court, can the case be thrown out?

 If there is a witness to the offense, the answer to your question is no. They will not need the minor.

I can help you out with more information about your case. For example, where and how were you arrested, do you have an upcoming court appearance, if so what is the date and location of the Court appearance.
