Approximately 13 years ago I was arrested for misdemeanor drug possession around Lake Placid NY.  I am not sure of the exact court at this time because I plead "no contest" and was given DA.  I now work in Texas as a school administrator and have never had it surface on a criminal history background check.  We are now going to a fingerprint system and I am afraid that it will resurface.  Is there something that I can do to expunge the record in NY?
