Botox Treatment

I had botox treatment from a person who was not licensed to do so. I feel I have significant damage to my face. I would like to take this case to court. Within how long can I file a suit?

In New York, any medical malpractice action must be brought within two and a half years from the act or omission complained of or from the end of a continuous treatment during which the act or omission took place. We can definitely help you with case please call us as soon as possible.
