i want to know if there is anyway a can sue a resturant for wrongfully terminating me. a young lady called me a "male ***" among other names and i caled her a "***" and i was terminated without any warning and i never had any write ups. also prior to that a manager was caught smoking weed with minor employees and nothing ever happened to her and i feel it was because of my race that i was truly terminated
