| i slipped and fell on the ice while picking up a load at a shipper in Oklahoma City, OK. (i am a truck driver) They had cleaned off the shipping dock area, but piled the snow at the end of the property. The drainage for the property is in the middle of the shipping area. As the snow was melting, it ran across the area where you had to walk to get into the shipping office. It was 42 degrees and the water was running down the drive. under the running water was black ice, and i went down. I have a right labral roto cuff tear and am having surgery on May 7th. Do i possibly have a personal injury case against this company? It happened in January, and I am looking at 4-10 months more off work. |
