Taking a survey over the phone , now just big headace.

I took a survey over the phone and answed there question. At whitch time they said they would send me a pacage  that had  all the inf. in and could review the terms,At the time we had just finish remolding and i personal did not get the pac.  It was del.verd  2 my home but i never seen it.  When i recived there first letter telling me i would soon get these magize and the price of around $800.00  at whitch i could make mothly payments for . I called them as soon as i read the letter and told them not to send anything that to cancel that . I do not work i am a stay at home mother and i personly do not have a payck coming in . My husband does work but he has nothing to do with this, He did not speack to anyone ,> they ask me question about our monthly income and his name at the time of the survey.  They said i only had 72hrs from the time i recived the paccage containing the terms and sowhat . Whitch i did not personly get. Can they issue a warrent and take out money from  my husben ck ?

This sounds like a scam. You should probably contact local law enforcement fraud division. They may even have similar complaints. Remember to document all information, calls, people, #’s, etc. Only a judge can issue an order to attach any wages. If they serve you with any court papers, then it’s advisable to contact an attorney.
