I cosigned a loan for my stepson, for a car actually my name is first on the contract. He is now out of contact, I have no way of getting in touch with him, he is not working (as far as I know) and he is not making the car payments. How do I go about getting the car back and basically "repossessing" it from him before the banks come and get it.
