couple a weeks later they came and got yvonne out of bed took her to jail then went to Angies house, got her out of bed and took her to jail. This has all gone before the grand jury for an indictment, they dropped all charges agains Debra Kite and his girklfriend heather (they were never charges for the last incident) this was for the warrents we took out the first time. They kept the indictments agains Vince, Yyvonne and Angie We go to court the 12th of this month , We have no lawyer, Tolbert kept the two thousand and retired. He did go to court once with Vince Rose and vince won 17,000 which we know we will never see. The house next door that he and his mother bought with cash has been left in the Osbourne name. He is hiding his assets. Even tho Kasy did not work his ex friends said it was nothing for him to be carring around 70-80 grand. We have gotton way over our heads the two Bristol Judges are corrupt, The BCPD and captain. All of a sdden the TBI and FbI and The DA was taken off our case. Two of Kasy"s friends whom he beat up threated them and Wives and children and held at gunpoint have now joined forces with us. We found out he had a meth lab in a camper parked by his house and about recording all our phone calls and on and on. Kasy"s bond was finally revoked so he is now in jail ( somthing we tried and tried to do ) Every one lost jobs over this,  We are so stressed out it is like living in a War zone as his mother is still harressing us! My questions is this When we go back to grand jury can we get a court appointed lawer? the other question is how can we prove Kasy bought the house next door. ( It burnt the week he went to jail) and is now a terrible eyesore. Since it connects with our property we would like to own it. There is so much more to this story that it should be written into a story  on one of the crime tv stations whom I plan on contacting We are speaking of Drug ( big time drugs, a lot of money passing hands) Theft , attemped rape, If any one has the nerve to take this case please email me or call.
