live in Nashville, TN. My twelve year old son touched a girls privates, the mother wants him to stay away. child services got involved and he has to go to court to determine what will happen.  I dont know if it is considered a restraining order or not, but now he cannot be "around" children under the age of thirteen unless he is supervised. So I am wondering if he goes to the school bus stop what distance would he have to be from the other children to be considered "not around them?"
