Hi I bought a vehicle from the dealer in Winchester, VA, I paid $8500 in full, and dealer said he would send me a title by mail. He got my money and fled away to another country. I was left without title. Vehicle is not regestered at DMV because they cant locate the title also. There was a judgment against that dealer for $ 10000 and 6% fee after the date of judgement. Bond insurance of the dealer refuses to pay this amount, they say they only responsible for the amout that was paid for the vehicle. However I occured more expenses for fixing this vehicle thats not even mine. I would like to get the money i deserve including 6% of the judgement day , what can be done in this case? should I cue the dealer's bond insurance company for that? if Yes can enyone recomment good lawyer?
