Hello This is not actually a DUI/DWI Question. My question is I Got charged with a Felony Bad Check Charge in 1998 which was my very first offense and I served two years probation and paid restitution for the check and I have never been in trouble with the law for anything before this or after this. I want to know how I go about getting this charge expunged from my record or at least having it knocked down to a misdemeanor? What are my avenues as far as this is concerned?
