Alright here goes,

So I was convicted on a traffic charge of Possession of Marijuana back in April.  They sentenced me to 1 year probation, several hundreds of dollars in court fines, and 24 hours of community service which was to be completed by June 12th.  They reviewed my case on June 12th and issued a warrant for my arrest. Also when I was given all these things to complete I also had 39 days in jail suspended as long as I fufilled the things required of me.  Well unfortunately my probation officer was out of town the week before all this was to be done and I could not get ahold of her, so she gave the judge a bad report.  Well they have continued my case and it is up for review as of July 10th.  What do I do?  If I turn myself in will they sentence me on July 10th or should I just show up to court on July 10tyh.  Do you think I will have to serve all 39 days or is there some way I can get less time.  I have a full time job at a newspaper and a little girl so it is almost impossible for me to go to jail for 30 days wihtout my life falling to pieces.  What should I do to avoid the most trouble?
