Hi, I work for  a Security Company,  have been with this company for 6 years. This is hard to tell, Im not sure where to begin. The last 2 years we have had a new boss. In the passed we had a boss that you really couldnt talk to. But my problem started when we had the old boss. There is a man that works for the company as an armed guard. He harrassed many ladies with the company, driving at least 40 miles out of his way to hit on them, me he came to my other job and asked if I would come to his house because his wife was gone for the weekend. But all the ladies came forward with complaints when he walked in to the office and grabbed the sec. and kissed her on the lips! This man was given 1 week suspension without pay.. (This man still works for the company)That was it!  there is more to this story but I have to get to the other men that have been tapped on the hands.Then another guard with his fowl mouth had complaints against him but nothing was done with this guy.(this guy was let go because he stole gas,and took money form the company, but just was fired they didnt press any charges) Then another guard who desided he wanted to date me, (I told him no way did I want to date him!) this man left notes on my car at my other job,called my other job and asked for me, left notes and presents at my apt door, and because I drive a patrol car and this man replaced me when I got off work he would leave little present, candy, notes in the car for me to find. I went to our boss then and he pulled both of us in the office told us that this had to stop and that if it didnt we both would be fired! I had to see this man every Sat Sun night! This man finally quit on his own. Okay that was the past now we are here in the present and a new boss.This I know is a mess. But here goes... Okay the company now has permoted people,, I trained this guy 2 years ago for route driving,, same thing I do,, I came to work about  2 months agos and found that he had been made Sergant! Yup I was upset! ( Iam the only female route driver the company has,, there has been others but they didnt like it) I have been driving for the company for far many more years than any of the other drivers,, I never miss a day of work and do my job right! Also  our superviser left and who gets the job but the bosses best friend, no one else had the chance to put their name in for the job,, But when the sec. had been let go I had asked for the job and was told that I had to apply for the job, geez no favoites there. The bosses best friend worked in a dept at the Hosp. and came to the dept I work in,, then he quit,, then came back and  was promoted to sergant then a higher rank and now is a Corp. And my boss! Okay now we can get back to the men from the past. The one guard that had been fired and had been turned in for harrassment was rehired! I went to the main boss in the company and told him that this man had stole and took money from the company and had harrassment charges filed against him,, he said he would look into it,, The guy was rehired! Then the guard that had gotten 1 week susp. had been working at the courthouse,, he was asked to leave and not return to the courthouse,,, I didnt have to ask why I already knew why,, But the boss decided to put him in the same dept Im in. I went to the boss with  that I didnt think it was  agreat idea and I didnt feel comfortable with this guy... But he is there and now I race to make the deadline so I can check his spot before he starts his shift.  Now  on my day off I was called into the office.. I thought I was going to get a raise because I was due for one. When I got to the office I was asked to go to the back office where the main boss, the 2nd boss and 3rd boss was seated, I was asked to sit,, this was vey uncomfortable seeing how they are all men and Im the only woman. The 2nd boss did all the talking (this is the main boss's best friend) I was told that he had heard that I was upset about the trainee that I trained had gotten to be sergent. I told them I was and was told he had a method to his madnes,, He sad that there was another job coming for me,,,  and when I stared the new job I would be a sergent,I work 3 days a week now  Wed. from 5 pm to thur 7am and Sat & Sun 7am to 7 pm  the great promotion they offered me was working 3 nights a week and 1 day  some promotion,, I would get the job if I would put my differents and feelings  asided when it came to the other guards, no matter what they did.. I turned the job down,, telling them I am only gone 1 night a week now and their new job,, would leave me gone 3 away from home. There was more said,, I was really upset and had to leave the room to go out side to collect myself, then I went back inside to listen to the rest of there lecture. Generally what I was told is I was to keep my opintions to myself and I was not to talkto any of my fellow workers about any of my thoughts. I just wanted out of that office. I guess what Im really upset about is the fact that I have to still work with these men and be uncomfortable about being around them.  There is only 1 woman that has made any metals on the lapel and that is the new sec. ( She also was a close friend to the #1 boss, they both had worked together at Walmart before coming to this Security company)   Now I keep my mouth shut and keep my opinions to my self and make it to the different post before these guards come on duty.  I dont know maybe Im in the wrong thinking something can be done, Please let me know.
