| If you have payday loan that has been refered to I am not sure weather this a law firm or a collection agency, they are calling relatives telling them I am in so nuch trouble and my job saying i better do this or that that i need to retain an attorney or set up payment arrangements how far are they able to go with this what should I do also I have not received anything in writing. thanks |
