I have just gained power of attonery over a motor vehicle and the person who has will not let me have it. She is married to this person but he is incarecated in a federal prison and has asked me to take over payments on car. they are in the process of going through a divorce and before he married his wife he had the car a year. so does she have any right to it. she dont wanna pay the payments and the loan holder has that i'm power of attonery on file they have a copy of paperwork.
