| Is it legal for a company to make an unauthorized withdrawl from a person's checking account? Not one but two withdrawls, the second one coming after I had made contact with them about the first one. They admitted on the phone that I did not sign the authorization form to take automatic payments out of my checking. Then when I moved and couldn't keep the service because of where I live, they just automatically took an early termination fee out of my checking. |
